What we store, and why
Short version: an enquiry form, a theme preference in your browser, and optional anonymous analytics you have to switch on yourself.

Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, agency name, the number of sub-accounts you run, the topic and your message. We use it to answer you and, if you become a customer, to deliver what you bought. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a sequence you did not ask for.
When you buy
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details never touch our servers. We keep the record of what you bought, when, and the licence attached to it, because we are legally required to and because you will ask us about it later.
In your browser
We store your theme mode, accent palette, text size and accessibility settings inlocalStorage, plus your cookie decision. These never leave your device and are not readable by us. Clearing site data removes them.
Analytics
Anonymous page and traffic-source counts, and only if you accept analytics cookies. They are off until you say otherwise, and the site works identically either way. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, session recording or heatmaps.
Legal basis
- Legitimate interest — replying to an enquiry you sent us.
- Contract — delivering a snapshot or a service you purchased.
- Consent — analytics cookies and any marketing email.
- Legal obligation — keeping transaction records for tax purposes.
How long we keep it

Who else sees it
Our email provider, our payment processor, our hosting provider and — only if you accepted analytics — our analytics provider. Each is a processor acting on our instructions. We do not share enquiry or customer data with anyone else, and we do not sell data under any circumstances.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email desk@agencysnapshothq.comand we will respond within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect your licence.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Enquiry and customer data sits in access-controlled systems with multi-factor authentication. If we ever suffer a breach affecting your data we will tell you directly rather than posting a notice and hoping you read it.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for existing customers, say so by email.
