Terms and the agency licence

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you (the customer, normally a marketing agency) and AgencySnapshotHQ, operator of agencysnapshothq.com. Buying anything on this site means you accept them.

2. What a snapshot is

A snapshot is a portable configuration for a GoHighLevel sub-account: funnels, workflows, pipelines, custom fields, forms, calendars and templates. It contains no contacts, no conversation history and no reporting data. It requires your own GoHighLevel agency subscription, which we neither supply nor resell.

3. The agency licence

You may:

• Install the snapshot into unlimited sub-accounts inside your own GoHighLevel agency.
• Modify it however you like for your own clients.
• Charge your clients whatever you like for work delivered using it.
• Present the resulting account to your client as your own build.

You may not:

• Distribute, resell, gift or sub-licence the snapshot itself as a snapshot.
• List it, or a derivative of it, on any marketplace or in any bundle.
• Share your share link, or the assets, with anyone outside your agency.
• Use it inside a competing snapshot library or template product.

The licence lasts as long as you hold the GoHighLevel agency account it was installed into. A custom snapshot built for you under a separate agreement is transferred to you outright and these restrictions do not apply to it.

4. Updates

Single-snapshot purchases include twelve months of updates from the date of purchase. HQ All-Access includes every update and every new snapshot for as long as the membership is active. Updates are optional — nothing is changed inside your accounts without you importing it.

5. Services

Done-for-you services are delivered to the written scope agreed before work starts. Standard terms are 50% to begin and 50% at handover. Timelines assume you provide access, assets and decisions when asked; delays caused by waiting on those extend the timeline by the same period.

Some milestones depend on third parties — carrier A2P approval, domain registrar access, or platform review. We will chase them, keep you informed, and will not pretend to control them.

6. Refunds

Snapshots are digital configuration delivered immediately, so they are non-refundable once the share link has been opened. That said: if a snapshot does not do what its page on this site says it does, tell us within thirty days and we will either fix it or refund it in full.

Services are refundable pro-rata against work not yet delivered. Work already completed and handed over is not refundable.

7. Support

Every purchase includes email support on the snapshot itself. Support covers how the snapshot works, why something is not firing as documented, and install questions. It does not cover general GoHighLevel training, your client's account problems, or work outside the snapshot.

8. What we do not warrant

Snapshots are tools, not outcomes. We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, conversion rates or any commercial result, and any figures shown on this site are reported by agencies about their own accounts rather than promises about yours.

We also do not control GoHighLevel. If the platform changes behaviour, deprecates a feature or has an outage, we will update affected snapshots within a reasonable period but we are not liable for the interruption.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.

10. Compliance is yours

SMS and email compliance — consent, opt-outs, quiet hours, A2P registration, industry-specific rules such as HIPAA or bar advertising requirements — is your responsibility and your client's. Our templates include opt-out language and consent steps as a starting point, not as legal advice.

11. Trademarks

GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. AgencySnapshotHQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of HighLevel Inc. References to the platform are descriptive.
